I want to pay by credit card, but not over the Internet. Can I pay by phone?
If you want to place your credit card order by phone call 435-674-1600, ask for Natalie. You will be asked to provide your name as it appears on your credit card, the Credit Card number, Expiration date. your Credit Card Billing Address with Zip Code, and your Telephone Number with area code.

I just want to purchase the book and DVD over the counter. Where can I find them?

Books/DVDs have been distributed to the following locations in St. George:

The book and DVD combinations will sell for a minimum donation of $25 for the soft cover edition.   The suggested special hard cover edition is $50.  All of the  proceeds will go to the flood- relief effort.  For more information on donating, call the flood relief office.
